It’s all within

Our thoughts determine our actions, whatever you believe you will achieve. Each of us own it to ourselves to remember this when we are going about our day to day lives.

Our greatest gift is our minds and it can take us in many different directions if we allow this to happen. Our subconscious mind is programmed to help manifest what we want in our lives and we own it to ourselves to keep a positive mind.

Whatever your mind feeds upon will be attracted to you, even if we may not dwell on it much. Just a little thought or judgement on ourselves can feed this to the Universe for us. So, always be mindful of our thoughts as this is coming from within.

The Universe is there to help us manifest what we need to achieve in this world. If we use this energy wisely we can bring abundance in our world but it has to begin from within.

All success begins with a clear purpose of what you see with your life. You have to program your mind to see the vision and always see the positive outcome as the Universe will fall in line.

Write down what you want to acquire in life and be very clear as you are jotting down your future and goals of your life. Make decisions and take steps to reach that goal and keep a positive mind so things can fall in line.

Write down what you intend to give for receiving your goal in mind. Repeat these at least five times daily and make this a daily ritual to help you remember what you are aiming for in life.

Collaborate with more influential people and create a winning mindset team around you at all times. Negative attitudes will create failure in and around you. Mental attitudes regarding your present life is what you can control at the time. Never dwell in the past or the future as we have no control over this at the time.

Here are seven healthy habits you can pick up to reach your goals in life.

1 -Go the extra mile. In everything you do go the extra mile to reach that goal.

2 – Be honest with yourself in everything you do.

3 – Speak up.

4 – Stay present in the moment. Always live in the now, do not dwell on the past or the future. Take steps to reach goals in life but never dwell on them. Work towards them and leave the rest to the Universe.

5 – Have confidence. If you do not believe in yourself how can anyone else believe in you.

6. – Listen

7. – Manage your time wisely. Never be caught up being so busy that you never get time to get things done that you always had in mind. It will only be a dream and illusion after some time. Put in the time and effort and manage your time wisely. This way you can work on your dreams and at the same time live your life.

In the end it all begins within ourselves or as what Napolean Hill quoted.
“Our minds become magnetized with the dominating thoughts we hold in our minds and these magnets attract to us the forces, the people, the circumstances of life which harmonize with the nature of our dominating thoughts.” Napoleon Hill

Basically he is saying it all begins within. So stop yourself when you begin to judge yourself, hold yourself back when you feel the pinch to feed on the negativity because it will have a affect now and later down in your life.

  1. These are really good tips. Once I’ve realised my goal I constantly ask myself “is this furthering me or hindering me?” when considering actions and I’ve found that can have positive results. You are very right about surrounding yourself with what you want in life as well – positivity breeds positivity!
