Manifestation

Our world is created in a way that each of us have powers to embrace each moment in our lives. Each day is a new beginning but there is always that extra tingle in everyone when a year ends. Many tend to reflect and look into their lives. I myself begin to reflect on everything in my life and set out my intentions for the year ahead.

There are a few steps I practice every now and then,to help me start a new month, chapter or year. I will share with you these steps that I have tried and succeeded with to embrace my journey in this life.

Making a list of tasks I am inspired to take on. You can set this out for the year, each new month, a new chapter in your life or even a weekly task list. These “to do lists” is not your regular list of items to take on. It is a list of tasks that is leading to a particular goal or aim in life.

Make a list of tasks that you are unsure about and leave it in the universe hands. Writing has helped with setting out my intentions, I am unsure about and seeing what the universe has to offer with these intentions. It is a wait and see game when you do a task and leave the rest all to the universe, you can see wonders, once you believe.

See the world with fresh eyes. I love doing this, from time to time. Every time I get bored with a activity or I find myself in a routine which by the way I hate. I always take it like its the first time, get the excitement into the routine. Your mind is a wonderful gift and when something seems new ,you play this game every now and then. You will see a change in the outlook and outcome of any given situation.

Reflect. Yes I said that one, think back even when you don’t want to. Don’t do this only once a year , try doing this every now and then. Whenever you feel stuck. Think back. Whenever you feel like you failed. Think back. Whatever it may be just look back and you will see progress. Just remember you made it this far, you can go even further.

Set small intentions. We all have those big intentions but we forget those small intentions. For instance if you plan to have a home cook meal more often, just coming home to start that pot is a good step. You made progress with your healthy lifestyle, if your big intention for the year is to eat healthy.

Each action has a effect and we all have something we want to see change or improve for 2019. These are a few tips I would share with you. Hope you try them and embrace each moment this universe has to offer.
