“The world is gonna judge you no matter what you do. Live your life the way you want, stop pleasing everyone. “

No matter how hard we try to please everyone, people are still going to judge us. It is something we cannot control in this life.

Many of us, including myself, struggle with this on a day to day basis. It hurts to know we are watched and judged because of many different reasons that we cannot even comprehend.

A lot of people cannot understand what is happening in someone life and they stop to judge based on what they see in front of them. It is human nature and something we all have to stop.

A lot of millennials are struggling with just summing up the word called life. We are in an era that is so different from our past generations that we either get ahead in life or stay stuck in a rut. This can be a challenge that many faces and it leads to mental health issues we cannot even face.

Many older generations would say we are too pampered or can’t take time to really dig into life but when in truth we are always judged and cannot face our reality at times. It is a hard one to swallow when so much is happening around us and time is passing by and we are stuck comparing our lives to one another and think we are a failure in our time.

Judging someone based on what you see in front of you can be a test of time and it has been happening for many generations. Unfortunately, ours is a different test with every single resource we have some would assume we have it all figured out. When in truth so many are testing it all we have lost our way with time.

Christian religion says do not judge and yet still our humanity is doing this each and every single day. If it is not happening in the workplace, religious organizations, peers, parents or a random stranger. We are stuck doing it to ourselves, comparing our lives to everyone else and making ourselves sick with regrets. Judging is causing many of us to hold back and yet we do not realize it does not matter because in the end we will be judged anyway.

So let us all take some time to not judge anyone when a thought comes to mind about someone and we have no idea what is happening around them. Just remember, let us not judge and maybe take a second to stop and ask if they are ok because the person can be having a hard time or trying to deal with this thing called life.

Every day each of us is faced with something, and it is all a part of life. But at times we have to really stop and look at our lives and not around at other people lives. When we do this one, I believe this world can save a lot of lives who are struggling with mental awareness.

Psalm 119:2-3 –  Blessed are those who keep his statutes and seek him with all their heart— 3 they do no wrong but follow his ways.

Jeremiah 29:13 –
You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

We all have a source, a higher being or a deep relationship with self. For me my source has always been God, he is my ultimate strength and guides me threw every moment of my life.

To be honest if God was not a part of my life,I may not have been able to make it threw any of my obstacles in life. God is the source of my being, he has always been my ultimate source, refuge and help. So when the journey gets hard I dig deep and look for my source.

Over the time I have questioned my source, in a healthy way. I have wondered this world for 29 years searching for more in life. Asking the big questions and always searching for more. Many believe when you are searching you are growing spiritually in your awakening life.

We are always seeking our source our higher being because our souls are always feeling. Our souls always needs nourishment and help to reach where we need to be in life. God is love and God is Universal. Everything we touch and see was created by him.

Many Spiritual people have acknowledged Universal love and the love of the Universe. Our world has seen many wonders and miracles over the centuries. Legends have come and gone and left a understanding of Universal Love within our world.

Our source is our spirituality, our deep awareness that there is more to what we see and feel. That is the beauty of this world we live in today and our parents and grandparents have passed threw. Events happens daily but our world continues spinning and each day it dies a little bit more.

Our source is our key to life and receiving a life full of joy. Our subconscious mind is linked to our source and our mind moves our whole body. Life is a reaction to our thoughts, our body moves to our reaction from our subconscious mind. Our source helps us regain that wholeness to link our mind to our body and help us with our life journey.

That is why so many people pray or meditate to regain their source. Life and our thoughts can carry us down many different paths. When we link back to our source when things go upside down, we gain back a part of ourselves that many do not tap into in life. This is the difference between a Spiritually aware person and a person who is just going threw the motions in life. When someone can find their source, they find that peace that keeps them grounded. Compared to a person who never finds their source. There is a huge difference in how both persons handle life situations thrown their way.

Our source is linked to our day to day lives and our subconscious mind. We are all linked to the Universe and our paths leads us to seek more and know more. We are a beings that question our world and our source, so we can learn and grow and hope one day we have all the answers.

God has always been my source, my subconscious mind always leads me back to my source. Praying and meditating help strengthen my mind and it is a beautiful feeling to know the Universe is always by my side. I have known Universal love and seen Universal love. Each person I encounter is a form of Universal love because we are all love.

With this we must aim to be love and spread love. Seek that source, that refuge help, that you know can help you with this journey. Do not go threw this life feeling alone, always know the Universe is always by your side. When life gets tough be the wise man or wise woman who looks within and find their source and see how your life battles will be handled differently.

Much love everyone.

There was once a little girl name Sam who was obsessed with roses and flowers. She would pick a flower on her way from school each day. Sam was in love with flowers and her mother would always get upset, as she was randomly picking flowers from people galleries and the park.

Sam was intruded with the way flowers would look and she would always imagine herself receiving a flower from someone she loved. She would watch romantic movies only to see when the flowers was being given and she would be totally excited by that moment on the show.

Sam was a lovely child and as she grew up her beauty and radiance blossomed just like flowers. Everyone knew her, everyone loved her she was the pretty one who was always stopping to pick a flower or took a picture of a flower. She never cared what anyone thought of her and that made her stand out to everyone around.

She grew up and had a heart of gold, she was a lover of nature and spend her time nurturing the garden she created. She would have orchids, lillies, aster, asclepias syriaca, roses, violet and many other breath taking flowers blossoming around her. Her ultimate favorite was always her red roses that was always dashing with wonder when you see it.

Every day she would be outside in her garden nurturing her flowers, watering them and taking care of each one. She even gave some names, especially her orchids and roses as she was in love with them. Every day she would spend time in her garden making her full focus on her flowers.

Sam would attend to nature events and show case her orchids, flowers and roses and everyone would be fascinated with them. Many people would even take their sons to introduce them to her as she was a radiant beauty with wonder and awe. Sam was known for her flowers and her beauty and dashing personality.

Little did anyone know she was sick with a unknown disease and went to many doctors and non can find a cure for her. It was the early 1950s and medication where she lived was scarce and expensive. Sam always kept a positive mindset and knew she would one day be cured from this illness.

She always told herself she was making a impact by doing the simplest things each day. Sam would always smile with everyone she knew and would always help the elders in her city. Many would ask, why haven’t you find yourself a good husband as yet as you are a dashing beauty. I know many young men would marry you in a heartbeat but Sam was never interested as she was happy exactly the way she was living. It was a simple life, but a beautiful life in every way.

One day while watering her flowers in her garden. A young man came up to her and ask if she was feeling alright. Sam was sweating and she felt she was beginning to get a little sick from all her work that day. It was a hot day and Sam knew she should not have been pushing herself so hard.

The young man asked if she needed any help instead she said no, but he insisted. He had some water in a jug and gave some to her, she drank and he introduced himself. His name was Billy and he was a visitor from out of town. He had the sweetest smile she had ever seen from anyone in her life and she was intruded by his kindness.

She introduced herself and asked what he was doing in the area. He said he was visiting a patient as he is the only doctor in the county that had the medication that was needed. Sam realized he was a doctor and was thrilled and immediately told him about her illness. He was quite surprised as he never heard of anyone with this before in his life.

Billy had spend many years travelling and working with many medical cases but this one was a first for him. He was also fascinated with her beauty and awe. He has never seen such a beautiful person before.

Billy agreed to check Sam and see what he can do to help her with her illness. Billy knew how to get medication as he has traveled a lot and threw connections knew how to get specialists.

This was a beginning for Sam, she was always wondering how she would find a doctor who has the medication and knowledge to assist her with her case. She looked at her red roses, picked one and gave it to Billy saying thank you for agreeing to help me with my illness.

She continued and said, I was beginning to lose hope and it is a pleasure to finally meet someone who is willing to help me.

Billy smiled as this is a wonderful feeling which he always appreciates the most with his field. The gratitude and love from clients and potential new clients, it always fills a void he longed for so long.

This one was special as he watched into Sam eyes, he known this one was something going to be extra special this time.

To let go.

To move on.

To begin again

It may hurt but in the long run it will strengthen and change you. As we begin to look into the new year ahead and reflect on 2018, let us get the strength to declutter anything in our lives that no longer serves you.

The bad habits.

The toxic people.

The negative thinking.

Procrastinating.

Living to others expectations and not ours .

Not speaking up.

Settling.

These are a few things many allow to control their lives. For me I have to gain the strength not speaking up, settling and trying to meet everyone expectations. It hasn’t done me any good to this day. We all have something we need to let go and find the strength to move on from today.
