Do not let fear hold you back.

Step out and shine.

Let the world see you and know you

Smile at someone and say Goodmorning, you never know who needs it today.

Many are walking around and even hiding because we are all told to live in fear

Do not let your good nature be taken down by the world because guess what? Everyone is facing a obstacle at this time.

If it is one thing I have learned is to not go too deep into this world. It may leave you in pieces and have you deep in sorrow.

If you are feeling blue, do not even think of watching the news. After all, the information won’t help you as we both know it absorbs all the bad stuff right now.

Sometimes I wonder if anything happy is taking place but then I look outside and remember the Sun and there is sunshine.

We live in a world of fear, and everyone is putting on a mask to face the day. After all, we all want everyone to think everything is AOK.

This is never helping the person right next to you today. It is raining today, and tomorrow it will rain again. After all, this is all a part of life. We will face those challenges we know we never want to meet.

Do not be caught up in any of this, remember their is always a rainbow after the rain.

If you cannot find joy around, be the one who brings the joy

After all, that is what most of us need now.

Have you ever experience a shift?

A shift in mindset, spirituality or personality.

It can be scary, daughting and mindblowing to look at your life and realize you are not the same person who you was a year, month or even a week ago. We are always changing, evolving and growing and it can be liberating.

We shift and grow, we grow and learn, we evolve and create and become a higher version of ourselves everyday.

Some call it spiritual awakening, some call it shifting or evolving. What ever we call it, it opens us up and breaks us free of limiting beliefs.

With this comes many changes, not changes that occur every now and then. These changes are heart breaking, liberating and dramatic that many cannot handle any of it. It can be a extremely confusing time and we occupy ourselves as much as we can not realizing our Souls are telling us something deeper.

This happens at least once in a person life time. Some people experience this more than once, and the time frame for this shifting can range from days, weeks and even years. The longer the shift the more impactful this can be on our lives. In a positive way once we learn to embrace it.

It also aligns with the changes in the Universe, believe it or not, our world affects us. Ready or not our innerself changes with it because at the end of the day our souls are align to the Universe and our bodies are align to the earth. Unfortunatly we wont always be in our bodies and when shifts like this are taking place it can be quite uncomfortable for our physical bodies. This is why there is a saying, we die a little every day, but our souls are eternal.

We are spiritual beings and a lot of times when our hearts and minds are alignings and our Inner self is going through this change it can be life changing forever. When the Universe changes drastically we change drastically, so when we are couscious of what is happening around us. It can be quite….. Uncomfortable.

This is much better than us going about our lives busy busy busy and not aware of what is taking place in and around us. This shift will catch us by surprise and we will not recognize anything around us anymore.

How we handle that drastic shift will also be important for our innerself. As every thought we put in our mind during these special moments can shape apart of our lives. Hopefully we do not ignore what is happening again and go about our lives and heal, embrace and really do the inner work. This is what breaks the cycle and transforms our lives.

This is the Christ couciousness that is drawing us to a new understanding by shifting us. This takes us deep within and helps us release what no longer is us This can take days, months and even years to change us but the inner work is transformative and we will never be the same.

Are you ready for this shift?

When you are faced with looking within and looking back at your life.

Do you sense regret or peace knowing you have done your part?

I have recently began to notice many are living with regrets.

Do you know the biggest baggage in life we can hold onto is unforgiveness and regret?

When we hold onto something we know we need to let go of and many years has passed it breaks and slowly kills within.

Facing these demons are hard and have us trapped within unable to let go of the grip we have been holding onto for years.

Forgiveness is a blessing, a gift you give to yourself. Not to the other person but to yourself. Let go of the hate and regret and embrace within what is holding you back. So, many are walking around with so much hate and not realizing it is not worth it in the end.

Over the past few years I have been letting go of baggage and hate and learning to forgive myself and others. This has been a healing process that always needs to be embraced. Many years may come and go but we all have to embrace what is and let go what we can no longer control.

Do not let regret hold you up and do not hide your pains. Face the fears and embrace the darkness you are feeling within this way you will be able to let go and really forgive from the heart.

It is hard at first but it is really worth it in the end because holding onto all the unnecessary pain can only bring death within. Do not kill your spirit, do not hold onto things you can no longer control, let it go and trust everything is falling into place.

Moses is one of the Legends in the Spiritual Universe. He has left a mark many centuries ago and his words, influence, leadership skills and mindfulness has lead the Israelite people out of Egypt and paved a path that many still celebrate.

Moses was born in Egypt and his parents had to hide him as a baby,as a order to murder all male babies was put out from the King. His mother who was totally heart broken with the command, made a basket and placed him in it and left him by the river to float away where no one can see him.

The king daughter saw the basket while having a bath commanded one of her maids to get the basket. To her surprise when she opened the basket she found a baby wrapped up in Hebrew linen, she was concerned for the baby as he was crying his eyes out. Moses sister who was standing watch, saw what was happening and offered her mother to be the nurse as she still has breast milk. The princess wanted to keep the baby and so she did, she named him Moses and raised him as her own.

Moses grew up and became a strong, courageous leader, who was destined to be powerful but in his heart he kept his teachings from his mother. Who was his care taken while growing up, he has no idea at the time she was his mother, as she never told anyone when she got the job.

At the time the Israelites was enslaved and being treated badly by the king. Moses saw this and it pinched his heart. He had a good heart, he always stood up for justice and this never went well with many in the castle. This eventually got him thrown out , when he got in a fight with a guard and ended up killing him. Moses was banished from the kingdom and thrown in the desert to fend for himself. He eventually found another family and stayed with them for many years.

One day while walking he saw a light and walked up the mountain to see a burning bush. He was totally amazed by this, and ask himself how this can be burning and haven’t reach the ground as yet.

Meanwhile, God called to him and he was astonished. God spoke to him and told him about the people of Isreal suffering. Moses was held back and scared but God ashore him he will be with him. God gave him guidance and assurance that he will be with him all threw the journey.

Moses set out for his journey and heading back to the castle to confront the king. When he arrived he requested for his people to be released. The king continually denied his request after countless sufferings that was brought to his own people. Unfortunately, his hardening of heart has made him absent to the request.

The Isralites was beginning to complain, they didn’t believe in him in the beginning. This was because they was being put to work harder by the king and their suffering was increased tremendously.

Moses sent numerous request for them to be released. The king never listened although his own people was suffering. God send many signs to let him change his mind, from the water in the ocean turning to blood, lice infecting the place with all the crops and food stock dying, hailstorm, locus, frogs and sores. The king refused to release the people and was very bitter about what was happening.

The last straw had come and God was sending death to the city. Every first born male would be dead. The Isralites prepared for this night by having lamb for dinner. They put the lamb blood on their doors as the blood of the lamb will save them from death that was about to pass.

Each Isralite followed this as they believed in God message. The night passed and those including the king who did not have the blood of the lamb by their doors, first son was dead. The screams and anguish was heard all over the city, people was in tears, women was moaning the loss of a son.

The next day the king called Moses, he was totally heart broken because he lost his only son. He told him to leave immediately and take his people with him because he didn’t want to upset their God anymore.

From that day forward the Isralites celebrated their victory as the day would always be remembered to them. That day was celebrated and called the Passover as that day was marked as a time to celebrate their freedom from the Egyptians. They was in total joy as they were free from slavery and ready to head to the land their fathers and ancestors left for them.

Moses was a courageous man, who became a leader and paved a new path for the people of Isreal. He never lost hope or faith, he is one of the many Spiritual Legands who made a mark in this world.

His work and his teachings will be remembered for eternity. He was a little boy who was about to be killed . In the end he was able to get his people freed and each year the Passover is celebrated in remembrance of this historical event.

Much love everyone.

Psalm 119:2-3 –  Blessed are those who keep his statutes and seek him with all their heart— 3 they do no wrong but follow his ways.

Jeremiah 29:13 –
You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

We all have a source, a higher being or a deep relationship with self. For me my source has always been God, he is my ultimate strength and guides me threw every moment of my life.

To be honest if God was not a part of my life,I may not have been able to make it threw any of my obstacles in life. God is the source of my being, he has always been my ultimate source, refuge and help. So when the journey gets hard I dig deep and look for my source.

Over the time I have questioned my source, in a healthy way. I have wondered this world for 29 years searching for more in life. Asking the big questions and always searching for more. Many believe when you are searching you are growing spiritually in your awakening life.

We are always seeking our source our higher being because our souls are always feeling. Our souls always needs nourishment and help to reach where we need to be in life. God is love and God is Universal. Everything we touch and see was created by him.

Many Spiritual people have acknowledged Universal love and the love of the Universe. Our world has seen many wonders and miracles over the centuries. Legends have come and gone and left a understanding of Universal Love within our world.

Our source is our spirituality, our deep awareness that there is more to what we see and feel. That is the beauty of this world we live in today and our parents and grandparents have passed threw. Events happens daily but our world continues spinning and each day it dies a little bit more.

Our source is our key to life and receiving a life full of joy. Our subconscious mind is linked to our source and our mind moves our whole body. Life is a reaction to our thoughts, our body moves to our reaction from our subconscious mind. Our source helps us regain that wholeness to link our mind to our body and help us with our life journey.

That is why so many people pray or meditate to regain their source. Life and our thoughts can carry us down many different paths. When we link back to our source when things go upside down, we gain back a part of ourselves that many do not tap into in life. This is the difference between a Spiritually aware person and a person who is just going threw the motions in life. When someone can find their source, they find that peace that keeps them grounded. Compared to a person who never finds their source. There is a huge difference in how both persons handle life situations thrown their way.

Our source is linked to our day to day lives and our subconscious mind. We are all linked to the Universe and our paths leads us to seek more and know more. We are a beings that question our world and our source, so we can learn and grow and hope one day we have all the answers.

God has always been my source, my subconscious mind always leads me back to my source. Praying and meditating help strengthen my mind and it is a beautiful feeling to know the Universe is always by my side. I have known Universal love and seen Universal love. Each person I encounter is a form of Universal love because we are all love.

With this we must aim to be love and spread love. Seek that source, that refuge help, that you know can help you with this journey. Do not go threw this life feeling alone, always know the Universe is always by your side. When life gets tough be the wise man or wise woman who looks within and find their source and see how your life battles will be handled differently.

Much love everyone.

Today’s World can throw anyone over the edge if we allow this to happen.

Expectations and comparisons are two of the biggest pains of today’s world. Each day someone is faced with comparison to someone who we think has it all put together. While others are put under pressure of reaching other people expectations which can be unrealistic or become unbearable for many.

It makes many wonder why depression, violence and hate is so strongly existence in our world. Many have become frustrated with there day to day lives they cannot stop to think of another feelings. Many cannot even stop to help a neighbor or worse yet a stranger because we are so caught up in our lives. Trying to meet today’s world expectations and comparing ourselves to almost everyone who seems to have it all put together. When in reality non of us have it figured out because our world changes daily and we have to change our outlook at our lives.

We have to change in small ways that can build a better world. Changes start with each one of us, first accepting we all have different life paths. This will help us stop comparing ourselves to one another. Second small change can be setting our own expectations and letting others know what we can contribute to change situations around us.

Speak up and let your voice be heard even if it stirs up a room. In the end you will be heard for your views and set a tone in any situation that can allow you to have some control.

One of my hopes for 2019 is for peace, happiness and love within our world. Many of us are surrounded by so much hate we have lost ourselves. So many have become so drawn out by our lives we can no longer smile, enjoy a meal with family or find our inner child within us anymore. We have become so caught up in wars, politics and negativity. No wonder so many suffer with anxiety and depression rates are so high around the world.
