I am sounding like my parents but when normal things are no longer normal. You have to say I miss the old days
So I will admit I miss the old days when I saw people true faces. Not ones that are covered with masks and under that mask is another mask. The irony I am experiencing these days. Actually everyone is experiencing this but for many they are just following protocols.
2020 to now is some strange years but I am actually grateful to experience this one. This is the year I am missing a normal normal day. The days when we could be in a crowd or go somewhere and not worry being looked at wrong for not wearing mask like everyone around.
The days when you don’t see people worried about getting sick. Covid 19 virus has really made this world change.
The world we loved and enjoyed is no longer what we dreamed of anymore. Many lives are changing and many lives are being taken away either by this virus or the fear of the virus.
Smile at someone and say Goodmorning, you never know who needs it today.
Many are walking around and even hiding because we are all told to live in fear
Do not let your good nature be taken down by the world because guess what? Everyone is facing a obstacle at this time.
If it is one thing I have learned is to not go too deep into this world. It may leave you in pieces and have you deep in sorrow.
If you are feeling blue, do not even think of watching the news. After all, the information won’t help you as we both know it absorbs all the bad stuff right now.
Sometimes I wonder if anything happy is taking place but then I look outside and remember the Sun and there is sunshine.
We live in a world of fear, and everyone is putting on a mask to face the day. After all, we all want everyone to think everything is AOK.
This is never helping the person right next to you today. It is raining today, and tomorrow it will rain again. After all, this is all a part of life. We will face those challenges we know we never want to meet.
Do not be caught up in any of this, remember their is always a rainbow after the rain.
If you cannot find joy around, be the one who brings the joy
