Albert Einstein

Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.

At least 7 out of 10 people heard his name, saw his quotes, pictures or know about Mr Einstein.

Albert Einstein is one of the greatest physicians and philosophers that passed threw our world.

Mr. Einstein was Born in Germany in 1879 and moved to Switzerland when he was the tender age of 4. His passion sparked in him when he was given a compass from his dad, ever since that moment he has been quite intruded with the mystery behind things. He became passionately curious about the Universe, space and time. He was even known as a dreamer.

Albert Einstein was one of a kind, a average student growing up who became a spark of goal to our world. He always believed in the beauty of simplicity and always aim to make things around him as simple as possible. He had a hard time in the beginning of his career as he submitted many papers and never got the feedback he expected.

Einstein was a rebel with authority figures, he seemed to have a hatred for established order from since childhood. He had a lateral thinking and dealt with problems in a creative manner.

He followed the path of least resistance and understood playing to strengths.

Albert Einstein always believed in simplicity and looking for physics principles that were unifying. He had a obsessive focus that drove his research and finding, which lead him to his success. Along with his constant self study and zeal to always learn.

One of the many traits I admired with Albert Einstein is that he always believed in a greater force. He always knew a greater force is the reason for everything surrounding us and he was always driven by this train of thought.

He won a Nobel prize in 1921 for his discovery of the photoelectric effect. He opened a door to many physicists who are now trying to complete his “theory of everything. Albert Einstrein is best known for his theory of relativity and the equation E=MC2. He is also remembered for paper towels, lasers, and more common products. Albert Einstein is justly famous for devising his theory of relativity, which revolutionized our understanding of space, time, gravity, and the universe. These have all paved a path and opened new doors that has helped brought us to where we are today.

Albert Einstein died in 1955 and published over 300 scientific papers over his lifetime.

” I speak to everyone in the same way, weather it is the garbage man or the president of the university”

This to me is one of his biggest lessons and understanding of the world, he left for us. He understood gratitude, meaning of life and respect along with the Universe. He is a legend and will always be remembered for his work and contributions that paved a path for many.

Much love everyone.

“People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.” – Simon Sinek

Interesting and powerful statement. I would admit I was stunned when I saw this speech, but I have to agree with the statement. Customers and Clients do not buy a product only, they buy a brand and with a brand comes a vision. I am no expert at Marketing and Leading an organization but I would like to say a lot of customers stay loyal to a brand because of the outlook and passion towards a product. It can be from a passionate marketing team that wants to push a product or they know this item is a hit.

Many customers can stray from a product and head to purchase the new line from competition and leave behind the item they once knew. So the big question is, what makes someone stay loyal to a brand. Well, I will say it comes from the inside of an organization, the loyalty the employees have and the leaders who are pushing a product. It goes all to the passion and zeal to make everyone know, we have one of the best items for you to enjoy.

The passion within a team creates results, no passion for the team creates a lot of disappointments. It all starts from the top, not the bottom, the founder of the company to the marketing team, have to ensure they know why they are in the position they are holding. A founder of a company has to ask themselves, why do my organization exist? Once this is established they must bring forth this to their employees so they can have the same vision.

Leaders challenge the status quo, they go beyond what they know and always visualize an outcome. They would give their all to ensure their product is the best, and nothing less than the best.

Leaders trust their peers and always speak out their mission, so peers would always remember the way. Leaders communicate from the inside – out and they let their passion known for what they are providing. This can allow everyone to be on board with the goals of the organization.

Leaders are to hire those that believe in what they are providing. Not just those looking for a pay cheque, although it is necessary peers need to have a passion for what they are doing. Employees are to be hired by passion-driven, not only money driven.

Leaders are there to inspire, mold and develop a team. We follow those who lead because we want to and inspired by their passion for their cause or product.

“Your mind is everything. What you think you become. ” – Buddha

Our thoughts is a powerful tool that can direct our life and determine if we can become a product of greatness or negativity.

We must always make it our task to protect our energies around us and surround ourselves with people and situations that will fill your cup. Never let the bitterness of this world get the better of you as, each of us have a individual right to harvest greatness and send out positive vibes to the universe.

I believe and have learned what you think you become as many successful and spiritual leaders have taught. To stay on a level head of peace and tranquility we must not engage in gossip, negative conversations or partake in any sort of news that may switch your energy.

We live in a angry world if you really continually look at the negative side but if you stop and look and see the beauty in this world you would be amazed. There are many great leaders, motivators and situations happening around us daily that makes many smile. A simple moment as a birth of child, a team winning a football match or a teenager helping a elderly woman crossing the road are moments that take your breath away. These are the simple moments that make a huge difference in many lives.

Let excellence be your brand and to cultivate this you have to think of greatness and surround yourself with greatness. Watch your peers, your conversations , even your eating habits all these routines have a effect on your mental and spiritual health. Make a list daily of what you are thankful for, if you are having a hard time thinking of anything just remember you have life, and that’s a second chance to make a change.

Let us look deep within ourselves to find our true purpose and find the passion that burns within us to reach our highest self. If you haven’t found your passion push to reach a goal. List a goal and persuade it with your fullest. If you fail you are getting closer to your ultimate goal and greatest potential. You will find that passion and that flame .

Always put God first, that higher source, that ultimate help. He will guide you with your energies, passion, flame and purpose. Always be thankful and grateful this will aid in protecting your energies and thinking.

Remember greatness is the goal and always think of the ultimate goal. Never dwell in what you do not have and always put your mind on your vision, your future and reaching that target. What you think, you become and we should all think I am greatness.

The rush of the wave, the energy, current, the pull and sometimes heaviness of the ocean is a stir of emotions from the sea many cannot understand. Its a beauty to see from afar, it can be thrilling to surf with and for some the water beating on you can feel like the ocean water is washing away someone daily stress.

The ocean is one to be respected, cared for and connected with, she has been with us since the beginning of time. She has seen generations come and go and she still stands with us today. The Ocean is the source to our lives, the ocean has been feeding us with life from the very beginning of time. Her beauty and radiance is one of the many wonders of the world that can never be replaced.

So I just have to ask, why are we killing her in our times?

Don’t we think she will take back what belongs to her after some time?

How many of us can say we are truly ready to detach ourselves from everything that no longer serves our purpose in life?

It can be hard to let go of material items, beliefs, ideas, values and norms that can be holding you back. It can stir up emotions and have you a little uncomfortable for a while but that very moment of uncertainty can be the breakthrough in your life, you have been waiting for all along

Today’s World can throw anyone over the edge if we allow this to happen.

Expectations and comparisons are two of the biggest pains of today’s world. Each day someone is faced with comparison to someone who we think has it all put together. While others are put under pressure of reaching other people expectations which can be unrealistic or become unbearable for many.

It makes many wonder why depression, violence and hate is so strongly existence in our world. Many have become frustrated with there day to day lives they cannot stop to think of another feelings. Many cannot even stop to help a neighbor or worse yet a stranger because we are so caught up in our lives. Trying to meet today’s world expectations and comparing ourselves to almost everyone who seems to have it all put together. When in reality non of us have it figured out because our world changes daily and we have to change our outlook at our lives.

We have to change in small ways that can build a better world. Changes start with each one of us, first accepting we all have different life paths. This will help us stop comparing ourselves to one another. Second small change can be setting our own expectations and letting others know what we can contribute to change situations around us.

Speak up and let your voice be heard even if it stirs up a room. In the end you will be heard for your views and set a tone in any situation that can allow you to have some control.

One of my hopes for 2019 is for peace, happiness and love within our world. Many of us are surrounded by so much hate we have lost ourselves. So many have become so drawn out by our lives we can no longer smile, enjoy a meal with family or find our inner child within us anymore. We have become so caught up in wars, politics and negativity. No wonder so many suffer with anxiety and depression rates are so high around the world.
