One thing I have learned over the years is not to watch and judge.

Do not jump to conclusions so quickly.

Stay in the present moment but never jump to conclusion of another. I know this is a hard one but we never know what someone is experiencing or have experience in the past.

Someone can be at a crossroads or even experiencing a spiritual awakening and they are trying to figure it out along the way.

I have experienced this and many always jump to conclusions with me but little do they know what is being experienced within at the moment.

Because of this knowledge I try not to jump to any conclusions quickly on anyone.

As we are all experiencing our own battles and hurdles.

We need to love one another and when approaching someone for the first time do not jump to conclusions.

You just never know what that person is experiencing and battling with at the moment.

We are all facing our battles and hurdles in our day to day life journey.

Let us try to be mindful of one another life journey and remember everyone life path is different from ours.
