Look within yourself and see the energies.
Pay attention to what is feeling off for you.
Pay attention to within and breathe into what you are feeling.
A busy mind leads to a weary heart and at times we need that little recharge.
Deep breathe in and breathe in the newness.
Breathe out what no longer is you.
Do not hold it within know you are feeling something.
Something within you is saying something.
Do not rush the feeling, do not ignore it because it will not just go away.
Embrace it and know it is saying something to you, feel what you are feeling right now.
The rush or pain is something you need to look at deep within.
Ask yourself, why am I always feeling in a rush?
Am I running away from something, something I do not want to endure?
Listen to your body and mind it is trying to say something.
Stop that busy mind and know all you have is now.
You only have right now and you can not rush this second because this is all you are sure on.
Take that moment and breathe within and settle the mind.
Do not let the Spirit get flustered with the world and ignore what within is trying to say now.
Every moment is precious and we must appreciate the moments we are most certain on and that is right now.
