I recently saw a post on intstagram that had me a little held back.
The part that caught me was the feedback. People agreed and made me realize and think to myself, wow. I am not alone in this one.
I crave a life of simplicity but our society has us really caught up in what it portrays it to be. And, it makes me wonder for our future generation but when I see posts like these I find hope.
So, many want change and many are putting things into place to align their lives towards this way of living.
Modern society has really brain washed us. The Kardastrians and other reality TV shows has us fooled and many do not realize they themselves probably want a simplier life themselves.
The culture of the rat race that so many get themselves in when they finish College and Highschool is the cause for all our world problems.
Honestly how many cars do people need in a household. Where I live I only have a vehicle because I do not want to travel, due to safety. Which is sad , but I cannot travel after or walk anywhere after 10PM or 8PM. Now tell me this is not right. I know many others have this same problem.
Growing our own food, eating healthier and exercising is becoming a part of our society. Things that was looked at as harmful is now being practiced by many. Meditation is now being practiced by Christians within their prayers.
Yoga Practice is a norm and everyone wants to go green. This is beautiful and our Planet is evolving with many are being open minded.
We have now seen the benefits of being with nature. We are getting back slowly to simplicity by recognizing we have a need and want for this in our life.
I have seen miraculous changes in my own life when I make a conscious decision to bring change in my life. Practicing the pause, meditation, slowing down and taking my time has helped me align things better and clearer.
I feel a sense of peace when I admire nature and be in nature. We are not designed to be in a cubicle box, office, whole day freezing in air condition.
We are meant to learn, grow, develope, follow the teachings of God/ Universe/ ancent prophets. Whatever you align towards, we are here to follow in line with your life.
Every day is a blessing and Nature is creating we have to appreciate in our life. Being stuck in traffic to get to a job that does not even align with your passion, goals, dreams or eduation for some. Is just devestation for many in our society. To a point that many want to leave all of this behind because they do not see the reason for any of it anymore.
Our world is changing and we as humans are evolving every day for the better. It is a blessing to be alive in our times where we live in a society of technology and creating change in a vast way.
I really believe in a few years a lot of people are going to leave there day to day lifestyles behind. Because, doors will be opening to another way of living.
Many would realize they can live and really live and enjoy life. Many would open their eyes to a whole new world and many others would follow.
It may seem a little far fetch but when you look at you tube, instagram, and other platform you would realize. Mindfulness is a big aspect now and people are realizing the difference between mindfulness and mind ful. It is a big difference in our society and a lot of people would choose being mindful instead of mind full.
This would lead them to change things up in their life and switch things up a bit. In the work force Human Resource personnel are encouring mindfulness in the work place and having team building exercises around this as well.
All of this is fasinating stuff to me. We are onto something here in our planet and maybe in the next 5 to 10 years or even less. There would be less air pollution because of less vehicles being used. More farms being created because everyone wants natural foods. Less deaths because of a healthier, happier workforce and school systems. More peace in all nations because of unity among all.
This cannot happen overnight and one politician or party or religious body can create this for us. We have to take the small necessary steps to make this change. I am seeing this happening in big ways and there is hope for us all. I know with time we as a human race will create miraculous change among us.
As for now. It is one step at a time to positive changes.
