New Beginnings

Every day is a new beginning. If we are seeking new beginnings look around you and see the small new beginnings to be able to really appreciate the big ones.

There is a new beginning when you wake up in the morning and open your eyes. You see another day, you have a new beginning. You step out of your bed and stretch that is a new beginning and you are heading to face another day.

When we head to our day activities every step is a new beginning this new day is not going to be the same as yesterday. Although it may feel the same but it is not the same at all. Every breath we take is a new beginning in a small way it shows us we have to appreciate life as it is for us.

The sun shines again or it rains or snows again but it is a new day and that call you get is not the same as yesterday. It is something different every day there is something new to look forward to in life. Appreciate these small treasure so we do not ever feel stuck, you may want to travel and see the world but the Universe can be showing you. The world is inside of you and you have to appreciate everything surrounding you.

A old leaf falls off a tree and a new one spings up and we do not see this because we are caught up. We do not see the changes around us with our own lives the small ones that eventually turns into big life changes and we ask ourselves where the time went. It is because we are always living ahead in our minds. If we center ourselves and stay still for just a few minutes instead of constantly going we would realize the beauty surrounding us and realize the change we want to see has to begin with us.

So, next time you say I am ready for a new beginning. Remember every day is a new beginning so do not get so caught up looking at the big changes and truly appreciate the small changes in every day moments. You will realize you already begun the process of this new beginning this morning.
