Let us take a pause

We all need to take a pause at times. The stop creates a wait in between our time. The space in between can create such a beautiful space.

Life has many of us in such a flustered space so when we take time to stop and pause it creates space within. Our lives are a story that leaves many in a place they never stop to wonder. Pausing is that space where we leave the last action to rest. It is like a sentence that has to pause to continue again.

When we practice this, we leave a lot of baggage behind if we learn the art of pausing sometimes. When we feel like our day is running like a racehorse at times. Take some time to pause in between your time. You will see the difference and you will get a lot more done in a short space of time.

Today make an effort to pause in between small tasks and you will see a huge difference with your time. Practice stopping and pausing for just a little while even just a half a minute with tasks and you will master this art with time.
